The MORC training team would like to thank all of you for a successful Launch of the MORC Learning Management system (LMS).  As with all launches of this importance, there were one or two minor issues.  Fortunately, through your attention and efforts, we were able to keep these to a minimum.  One of these issues we feel needs a specific focus is that we have simplified navigation for supervisors and students by modifying the links on the main login pages of the LMS.

Through communication with our provider community we have found that many more providers would like to utilize the new LMS system to register and manage their staff training needs.  In response to this we are providing multiple opportunities for you to obtain training for the LMS (see below for schedule of trainings).  The new system enhances your registration experience, giving you the flexibility of registering your staff or allowing your staff to register on their own with a final approval from you.

MORC will provide you with a supervisor account in the LMS to allow you to manage your staff registrations.  Although smaller providers are able to utilize the supervisor account feature, if you have fewer than five employees, MORC is more than happy to assist you in registering your employees for training. 

This is a three part system:

1. To manage student information, associate students with your agency, or generate a training
compliance report please login to the MORC Provider Portal at:  If you need the permissions setup users to perform these LMS associated tasks, please contact the MORC help desk.

2. To activate a user, they must be logged into the following site. Enter the student's username and password to activate each user.

3. To register for classes we will use the LMS website; please go to We have also provided a link to the LMS from our website

If you are familiar with scheduling your staff/students from our website we are pleased to announce you will be able to utilize this site for all June 2012 training classes. For July classes and beyond you will use the Portal and the LMS.

Now that we are live we will continue to support the process through additional training opportunities and phone support.  We request that you participate in one or all of the training options listed below.

Live Webinar Schedule - 10 am and 2 pm daily Tuesday (June 5) through Friday (June 8). Two evening sessions will be given on Tuesday (June 5) and Thursday (June 7) at 6pm. See below to register.

During these sessions, you will learn about the benefits of the new learning management system as well as receive a demonstration on the system including the course registration process. If you have questions regarding the new LMS, please contact the MORC training department at 

The LMS supports online student enrollment, real-time internet view of classroom capacity/availability, 'day before the course' reminder to the student and online courses.

The Purpose of the LMS

  • - How to enroll your staff into a MORC training course.

  • - How the LMS provides automated status of your worker's participation in the MORC course.

  • - How to view your entire organization's learning activities associated with MORC Training.

  • - How to access reference and training materials related to the LMS use.

The goal of this 60 minute training is to bring awareness of this new system of training management and how to use the LMS to reduce your workload associated with learning management. Presenting the LMS training will be MORC Training Department staff in conjunction with staff from Level4Performance. All providers who are responsible for managing their staff's learning requirements with MORC are required to attend one of the training sessions listed below.
